How many pounds of semi-frozen meat can it process into a puree?

It can process 3KG of meat into a puree , but don't lead it all at once to avoid jamming. Please put 1.5KG into it first, and then gradually add it from the feed hole of the lid.

It disconnect if the amount of food is placed in the bowl then start it, so I have to put a little then once it moves fast I will need to drop the other parts. This is the case for the other smaller one that I had before. I think the motor could be stronger and the breaker can handle a little more before it disconnect.

All I can say us WOW!!! This chopper is so much more than I expected. It is an absolute beast that will literally chop and food related item. It is huge and very, very heavy. This is way too big for the typical residential kitchen, but would be a great compliment fir any commercial kitchen. The chopping blades are huge and very strong with an powerful motor.

I have had this for about a year, its a beast, really works well. Only issues was pulling the center blade off to clean, its really stuck on there. Just pull hard and wear gloves in case your hands slip.
