My only complaint would be that the sliding door doesn't seem very secure and the dogs are able to open it easily as it just slides across and doesn't appear to be anything to hold it in place. I would also like to have something at the other end of the steps so its not pushed all the way off the rail after use, which is slightly irritating. Otherwise happy with my purchase and would recommend for price and delivery
