High quality w 75 ft reach. I ordered this to fix a 4 inch main sewer line that was filled for days after a couple of teenage boys didn't believe me when I told them to use the bathroom somewhere else for a few days. I want to thank you for such an excellent product. I used it this weekend to unclog the bathroom sewage pipe. It worked really really well. Without this machine, there would be no way to unclog the pipe by myself, since I pulled out some cloth-like stuff and a lot of smashed plastic from the sewage pipe (I was shocked by those stuff in the pipe). The machine is very easy to operate. Thank you again.

Worked great cleaned the drain out. Had several companies come out to do it. The next morning it was stopped up again. It has been over a month and it is still good. Love it and so happy that I don't have to pay someone to do it. They said it was cleared and it was not.They just wanted the money. I will never call a plumber again! Thanks again.

Only good for minor cleaning
This machine is not designed for tough clogs such as roots etc. The 1/2 inch cable isn't sturdy enough to cut roots. The cable wants to kick back and it twist very easily outside of the drain pipe and it will also twist up inside of its own cage. You also have to feed the cable both out and in.. The main blade for cutting roots etc is made of a very thin metal and comes in 2 pieces which makes it very easy to bend while in use. Very disappointed in this product. I'm sure that it will be OK snaking the shower etc. But not good at all for a to tough clogged in tge main drain to the street.

Had a stubborn clog way down the line in my kitchen drain I couldn't reach with my handheld snake. Be careful with this machine it'll get you tangled up if you're not paying attention. The included gloves you can throw in the trash because they are. Get a better pair.

Pays for itself after a single use
Needed a longer auger to clear my sewer line all the way to the street. Tried a 50-foot manual auger which worked okay with a lot of muscle but thought the clog might happen again. Bought this just in case. This fit the bill perfectly. Much easier than twisting by hand. Cheaper than the big box stores for the same machine. Plumber would charge just as much just for showing up.
