Very disappointed 😞
Straight out the box and there's fingerprints all over it. Thought for the money I paid I would get sent a new unit. Removed one of the grills and I can see scratches near the elements. There's places where the plastic has been melted. Thought I was getting a brand new unit. Avoid buying these used units. You're not getting a new unit.

GOOD GRIDDLE FOR THE PRICE
The griddle looks like a good quality although it arrived with a plastic part broken. the plates are slightly smaller than shown in description and the mesures are invertid (the really useful surface is 8.5" x 11"). It needs a little more power, at least 1800 watts. I bouthed it in 48 dollars.

Great Contact Grill for Steaks!
Love it! Can grill a steak in half the time it normally takes on an open grill. This contact grill makes nice sear marks on the steaks; restaurant quality. The grease drip pan located in the back slides out for easy disposal. The grills can be reversed for a smooth side which would make nice pancakes.
