Bought the compact panini press to replace an older (different maker) one. It worked great for all of 2 months and just suddenly stopped. It had actually worked earlier in the day, then just stopped without us doing anything different. I checked the breaker, the electrical cord and connection, even plugged it into a different outlet. Nothing worked.
Vevor had been referred to me by another shop owner who said Vevor is a good brand for a fraction of the cost of the leading commercial panini press maker. I thought I would save money...but it's only created stress and lost revenue. I'm very disappointed. At this point, I just want to recover what I spent.
I've been sort of back and forth with customer service chat online because there's no phone number provided to call. My first chat went nowhere; I was told to look for an email that I never got. The second chat, I made sure I got a transcript and did get an email of the transcript. Now, we wait and see...
