Unit works very well. Steam mop did not do to much for a vinyl floor that hadn't been cleaned in years. We bought a 20 year old house. The kitchen floor was very dirty. Mopping did nothing for it. I bought a different brand steam cleaner which worked very well for a few days then the steam cycled on and off so much it was pretty much worthless. I bought the Vevor to replace it. The steam mop did nothing to clean the floor with either model I had. I had to scrub the floor with the handheld part and a brush. It worked very well as you can see in the pictures. I should have taken a picture of the really dirty floor before I cleaned it. It did strip off any shine that might have been there but a couple coats of mop & glo made it look really nice. The only complaint I would have is the angle that you have to hold it made it very hard on the hand. It would also be nice to have a squeegee for windows like the first one I bought had. The mop assembly will probably work well to maintain the floor once I get finished cleaning and waxing it.

I live in an old 3 decker and my crappy floors never seem to get clean, my 11 month old and 5 year old love playing on the kitchen floor for some reason lol so i decided i HAD to clean it but without chemicals and without breaking my wallet and this one is pretty nice. it gets the job done, i had to go over a few times and i wish the water tank was a little bigger but i like it. it also says in the instructions you can change the level of steam by pressing a button but i don’t seem to have that option on mine.
