They sent me a broken one with a fixed one in each pair of 2. The broken ones were either spray painted closed, or otherwise not movable..Of course they wouldn't be able to sell on Amazon or any other site. Very bad business practice to send your customers damaged goods that you couldn't sell somewhere else!!
The ones I bought from Amazon were ok, and even cheaper.
