good day, 2 questions 1: will this work with VEVOR 30 Gallon Fuel Caddy, Gas Storage Tank & 4 Wheels, with Manuel Transfer Pump, if not do you offer a meter in the 3GPM range? 2: will the fuel caddy and meter work with water transfer? Thanks Lee
