what happens if the margarita mix gets below the min level in the tank, will it still work or possibly harm the machine?

When adding new ingredients, you need to ensure that the ingredients cover the white agitator. If the new ingredients added are lower than the white agitator and the stainless steel evaporator is exposed, it will cause the freezing cylinder to break the agitator or motor when you start making slush.

How long can you leave a mix with alcohol in resevoir/ does it need to be discarded daily?

I love this machine. It's easy to use. My only problem was that it was too heavy for me to carry. It was also a bit hard to put together after cleaning it. You have to force it a bit for it to get in place.

it would be perfect for parties and gatherings, but it does require at least 10 people to drink on a regular day with XL cups, I couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking though it just stayed at a certain temperature I would've preferred mine to be a little thicker only objection, I work for apts so I want to try to rent it out for smaller events

We used this to start a food trailer and this slushies machine performed well even on the hotest days around 100 degrees out. This machine kicks out a lot of heat so our ac in the trailer couldn't keep up. With a little ingenuity that problem can be easily fixed. We worked this machine pretty hard it's first year and have no complaints.

Works wonders. Not ideal in direct sunlight. 3 different flavors. If u don’t need 3 get 1/2 cuz it’s heavy. Needs two ppl to carry and at sturdy table I about to order one from here for it.

Works great, if you’re looking to do a slushy in both tanks it takes about an hour to freeze if you are doing just a single tank it takes about 30 minutes. I do mine at 5 to 6% alcohol.
