There is a water tank at the bottom. When the temperature is adjusted too high, water mist will come out of the water tank. This is a normal phenomenon. The water mist also prevents the food from becoming too dry. It is recommended not to set the temperature too high to reduce the generation of water mist.

We order 2 one broke 2 weeks after. So like a dummy we ordered another one. Your delivery carry failed to deliver and still have not gotten my refund. So not a great experience with your company or equipment.
