Works well but, NOT a commercial ice maker

My rating is based on machine performance after repairing the shipping damage. We have used this machine for about a month and it works well. It makes probably closer to 190 lbs of ice in 24 hours. The machine arrived quickly but with significant damage to the top cover, front panel, and rear panel. Also, the front control panel was popped out of place due to how distorted the top cover was. The machine is not packaged well and can be easily damaged in shipping. I was able to mostly straighten the top cover and other panels, however, Vevor support told me to use glue to hold the control panel in place. Pros: Low cost option for light duty ice maker Makes nearly the rated amount of ice in 80+ degree temperature Controls are simple and easy to use Cons: Flimsy, thin gauge panels Terrible packaging for a machine of this size - it will almost certainly be damaged in shipping Uncertain long term reliability

Shocked at how well this unit makes ice outdoors!

We put this on our covered dock and despite 90+ degree days, it drops 60 cubes every 15 minutes and it holds the ice far better than expected. 3-4 boats are making due with ice only from this unit all weekend long.

Great ice maker.

Purchased this to replace the vevor 120lb ice maker i got a few years ago. The 120lb machine still works great but just not fast enough for what I need it for. This new 330lb machine is great. I got it to make about 250lbs in 24 hours and I'm sure if you can get the settings just right it will make the 330lbs in a day. The bin say it holds 88lbs but it only held about 60lbs for me when in the run cycle but if you were to watch It every hour or so and moved some ice around it would hold the 88lbs. I was able to empty it every 5 hours or so and fill 5 - 10lb bags with no problems. The only thing that is a little tricky for me is the settings but over time I will get that dialed in but I'm happy with what it does.
