I purchased this for our camper, we’ve used it several times this summer making ice and it works great!

I purchased this countertop ice maker to replace one from another brand that failed. When researching countertop bullet ice makers I found that they were all pretty much the same exact thing with different brand names. However, there was one feature I really wanted after my previous model did not have it... that feature being a water supply line. This was literally the ONLY countertop bullet ice maker I could find that had it. And oddly enough, it isn't talked about in any reviews and not even in the manual! I was confused how it would integrate with where you manually add water below the basket. Didn't make sense to me how it could work, figured it would be one or the other, but if only a supply line then what happens with the melted ice under the basket? Do I have to dump it? But still, I took a gamble and purchased this one. Well I will explain how it works now that I have seen it in action. It pulls the water from under the basket where melted ice would go. If there is water there, it pulls it in. If there isn't, it will try pulling from there 3x and then since it isn't getting water, it pulls water in from the supply line which trickles from the top down into the reservoir below the ice basket. It fills about 1/3 of the way and then pulls the water in from the now filled reservoir to start the ice making process. Pretty ingenious. Even better than the float switch method I thought it might utilize. Other than that, it is pretty much the same as the old ice maker I had. It does have a bigger footprint which is kind of a bummer, but with that comes an ice basket 2x bigger which is nice. Overall, very pleased with this unit and as long as it doesn't fail it fits my need perfectly. I did buy the 3 year warranty though as my old ice maker (different brand, but probably made in the same factory) failed in exactly one year so not sure if I want to take the risk of having no additional warranty.

Great to have around to make sure you have ice fast if you run out. Makes enough fast enough to have ice in your drinks all day long.

This unit has been running 24/7 for two months now. If I had anything to complain about, it would be how loud the unit is. When the fan kicks on, it is fairly loud. The fan only runs for a few minutes every so often and I have gotten used to hearing at this point. I assume that the powerful fan is why this unit has not failed after 30 days of use. I have bought a couple of different units from the jungle website and they never last more than a month. I only use water from my 5 gallon water cooler so I have not even had to clean the filter yet. If it is still working in two months, I will update my review if I am allowed to do so here.....not sure because this is my first review'

This countertop icer maker works as expected! A nice relief over reading reviews on other ice machines and hoping to find the right one for us. We are very happy with this Vevor Ice Maker and would recommend it to others.

This little ice maker is just what I wanted. I have made up to 20 lbs in a ten hour day. Worth the price.

I like this ice maker, it works like it's getting paid to make ice, very efficient. My only gripe is that the ice is always melting because the unit isn't really a freezer, more like a fridge. I understand that's probably impossible to change due to it's design and it's still a very productive item and well worth the purchase.

Awesome size and quietness for inside RV. Fill water to bottom of ice basket and makes plenty ice throughout the day. Very quiet operation and compact size smaller than most standard ice makers fits perfectly on my 20 ft. camper counter. Cans and bottles of drinks post Covid have gone to absurd prices. I bought this and buy 2L bottles. Get an insulated mug or tall cup and fill it with ice and drinks and I save lots of money.

This was a gift for my daughter and her family. They use it at home and camping. Absolutely love it.

Makes ice! It does it fast. However it doesn't keep it frozen. So you have to babysit this thing. I can't complain for the price, it does what it is supposed to do. It makes a lot of ice, fast. But that ice melts pretty fast too since there is no refrigeration in this unit. The unit is easy to clean, easy to drain, easy to figure out. But I wouldn't buy it again if I knew it was a part time job watching it. If they just had a beep or something audible when it was full if ice that would make all the difference. It takes 3 hours to fill the bucket so I guess just set a timer...
