The truth is that all thermal printers can not print any color images, because this kind of printer is using direct thermal technology. It prints with heat, there is why you can not touch the printing head immediately after printing, the printing head would be very hot.

why is it unresponsive when i print？
Answer This Question
The most likely reason is that Vevor is connected to a new USB Port. Windows will register Vevor as a "new" printer whenever the USB port changes. Caught it on a sale. I haven’t used it but maybe 2 times and that was months ago. I don’t even remember how to set it the way it’s supposed to print, but it wasn’t frustrating. I look forward to having something to ship in the future so I can use it again. Makes me feel more professional than using my inkjet.
