Worked perfectly helped me out in a bind will continue to buy from here . Same quality as big name brands exact same results without the high price ones from the big stores .

will not work from start. customer service is a joke. do not waste your money are time. everything they want the customer to do is just delay tactics like making a video on something that does not work. only reason for one star is no way to put none.

Ordered this hoist for a big lifting job in the back yard. Fedex delivered it to someone else's house. I never received this hoist, but was lucky to get my money back from Vevor. One star ratings because I never got to use this hoist. 4 star rating because Vevor finally refunded the purchase price after at least a dozen emails to their customer service bots that cannot understand phrases like, "yes, I see that it was delivered, but not to my house, and I did not receive it".
