Here, the VEVOR bathroom shower kit is constructed from premium quality material. EPS high-pressure foam board is processed to make the tray. The tray also measures 48 inches by 48 inches (1219.2 mm by 1219.2 mm). A 4-inch drainage hole is also equipped in this tray to effectively run the water through. Moreover, a gray water-impermeable layer is coated on the tray, which makes it easier to apply mortar.

All accessories and components needed to install this shower curb are included in the package, such as the shower tray, flange, stainless steel drain, membrane, and shower curb. So, you don’t need to buy any tools to install this shower curb kit. However, you need an unmodified thin set (an adhesive mortar) is needed for the proper adhesion and waterproofing. So, use all the tools included in the package and install this shower curb kit effortlessly.
A stainless steel grate is also included in the package. It is highly durable and corrosion-resistant. Moreover, the flange is constructed from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), which is highly resistant to corrosion and impermeable to water. To create a watertight shower area, the VEVOR shower curb kit includes two cuttable curbs and one central drain tray. The central drain tray is made of high-density foam with a 0.8-inch thickness. It is highly lightweight and ensures excellent water-impermeable performance. This means there are no water leaks when you use this tray. You can cut this tray as per the dimensions of your shower area. The curbs are made of high-stability XPS (extruded polystyrene). These curbs are designed to prevent water from overflowing from the shower area and spreading to the surrounding floor tiles. You can cut these curbs with a saw blade to customize them according to your shower’s size and shape.
With a square-serrated edge, a trowel is also included in the package. Its uneven shape enables you to install the floor and wall perfectly, reducing the likelihood of tiles cracking. A high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane is also included in the package. This membrane prevents the moisture from walls and floors from seeping through. So, for efficient results and quick installation, the shower curb kit includes membranes of different sizes to install for inside and outside corners.
