We are writing to inform you that we are recalling the Vevor Baby Gate, Model W3312/B3312, (a total of 370 units, sold online at eBay, AliExpress, and Overstock from February 2024 through May 2024 for about $45) from the market, which we believe you have purchased at some point in the past.
The reason for conducting the recall is that we have become aware that this batch of Vevor Products have not been in line with the federal safety regulations for expansion gates and expandable enclosures as children’s torso can fit through the opening between such gate slat and side wall, posing an entrapment hazard to children.
If you have purchased any Vevor Product mentioned above, please refrain from further using it and return it to us; then you are entitled to a full refund.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope that you understand that keeping safety at the forefront of what we do was instrumental in our decision to recall the Vevor product.
