We are writing to inform you that we are recalling the VEVOR Baby Loungers (model number FSC-01, FSC-02, FSC-03 and FSC-04), which we believe you have purchased.

The sides are too low to contain an infant and the enclosed openings at the foot of the loungers are wider than allowed, posing serious risks of fall and entrapment hazards to infants. In addition, the baby loungers do not have a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on elevated surfaces. These violations create an unsafe sleeping environment and can cause death or serious injury.

Stop using the recalled VEVOR Baby Loungers immediately.

To participate in the recall, please follow these steps to receive a refund:
1. Destroy the Baby Loungers by cutting it with scissors:
2. Email us at recalling@vevor.com with:
a. Your full name
b. The email address associated with the PayPal account where you wish to receive your refund
c. A photo of your recalled Baby Loungers showing the “VEVOR” name and damaged product by scissors
d. If available, include a copy of your receipt or proof or purchase
3. After verification, you will receive a refund of the amount on the purchase receipt, or $29.99 if no receipt is provided.
4. After receiving the refund, discard the Baby Loungers according to local requirements.
