The quick connect where the pressure washer wand hose hooks up to broke withing 5 minutes of owning it. I reached out to VEVOR with the hopes of them sending a new one to replace the broken one. After a couple days they offered me a 30% refund of the original purchase price. I declined it saying I want a new pump to replace the broken one. After a few more days they offered 60% of the original price saying it was their final offer. I took the offer because the alternative would be $0. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. They say there's a warranty on their products, but clearly they will slither out of it when the time comes.
