Pissed off customer

Ordered the pump your agent said made for my Honda pressure washer. It did not fit! They have been giving me a run around for over a month. I paid $52.64 for the pump, they offered me at first $20.00 back and I could keep the pump that doesn't fit, Then they offered me $31.00and I could keep the pump that doesn't fit, now they are offered me at first $40.00 back and I could keep the pump that doesn't fit. Why can't they refund my money in full or send me a pump that in correct for my pressure washer. Why to they keep offering me to keep the pump that is NO USE TO me.

Good replacement

Fit perfectly, supplied mounting bolts were wrong thread so I just bought the correct ones. Instructions were poor with no explanation on where to attach the soap hose. Unit works fantastic but doesn't draw soap from the container I rigged up to my washer. Better instructions would have earned 5 stars. Since my original review, my pump is now leaking oil. No parts diagram, no way to order replacement gasket.

Pump was direct replacement and bolted with no issues. The pressure was the same as the old one and produced a good highg pressure spray for cleaning

For $57.00 I have a brand new pressure washer! Direct replacement for my Generac pump. I hadn’t realized how much pressure I had lost with 8 years of use, but my $400 pressure washer is as good as new for $57.

Worked great the first day. 10 minutes into the 2nd time I used it, the pump got so hot that it melted the garden hose.

Only worked once

My old pump went on my pressure washer so I decided to replace it with this one. Installed in a few minutes and I was up and running. Had great pressure was able to do my whole house. I drained everything and put it away for 3 weeks. Took it back out to wash the cars and had no pressure. Don’t know if mine is a fluke or it’s the same for all the pumps.
