The prep table works great I am using it in my mobile kitchen and it has no trouble keeping temp even when my kitchen is 100 degrees. I love it. However my other prep table stopped working and it is essential to my business. I ordered this one because it said it would come sooner than anywhere else. It said it would be delivered in 4 days after I typed in the address. 4 days came and went and trying to talk to customer service was a moot point. They said they had a 7 business day deadline to deliver. And even after that deadline it still came 2 days later so it took 11 days including the weekend. I would have paid the extra money and ordered from a different company if I had known it would come so late. I had to close my kitchen for several days waiting for it. To wrap it up great prep table works amazing if you have time to wait it is worth it. Terrible customer care and estimated shipping time.

The sandwich prep table works great. It comes put together and delivery drivers unpack it and haul the trash away. My family eats lots of salad so buying this product was a no-brainer. It keeps your produce nice and cold and I restock the salad bar every two to three days. Because it is also a refrigerator it saves space from our regular refrigerator and we keep all salad and sandwich products in this.
