Works well as advertised. Display tells you what you need to know. Does freeze. Does seem to need one more layer of insulation. Fan is quiet but when the compressor rums, its a bit noisy. Overall, well worth the money.

Worked fantastic!
This went beyond my expectations! We had to camp for 4 days in 102 temps, and we ran it the whole time and it was a solid 37 degrees! We have a 35 qt model and bought the insulating cover for it to assist with temperature maintenance. I ran it on a jackery 500 with a 100 watt solar panel. When the compressor turned on, it pulled 33 watts, when off it pulled 1-4 watts. It was quiet and was exactly what i wanted. Side note: it is heavy to carry when full and does not have wheels, so we put ours in a wagon so we could keep it in the shade. And the 3rd party cover opens horizontaly and the fridge lid opens vertically. This is barely an annoyance other than having to remember. I took it out on the worst summer weekend to an unshaded fairgrounds, and it did its job!
Freezing Freezing
Good while plugged in and turned on
I purchased this to keep things frozen while driving between Florida & Ohio. It worked acceptably while running, but very quickly rose in temperature as soon as it was no longer powered during gas or food stops along the way. I had it set to -4 degrees and it reached that temperature and cycled between -4 and 5 degrees on about a 15 minute cycle. In the cycle, it would be off for around 4 minutes and running for about 11 minutes. At gas stops it would quickly go up to the high teens. I had it full, stocked with food on the bottom 2/3 of the freezer section and spare ice packs for another cooler on the top third. I also had the refrigerator section full with some food and drinks. It kept everything frozen, but while the bottom was frozen hard (as you expect at a -4 setting), the top was frozen but the couple of ice cream bars we had were a little soft. The drinks were cool, but not cold. For a 3 day trip I took it into the motels overnight so it was plugged in and running all night or it would not have remained frozen. On the last day we were at an airshow for about 10 hours with weather in the mid 90s and when we returned to the car, its temperature was only up to about mid 30s and returned to high 20s in about a half hour. So I would say as loon as you don't expect it remain below freezing without having it powered it should perform satisfactory. However, it could use to be somewhat better insulated.

Works great. I have it in a very hot room in attic of my business and it is 91 degrees the refrigerator/freezer works great it is 2 degrees. I will open it for about 10 seconds and it will go up to about 14 degrees but then pulls back down to2 or even 0 in 5 minutes.

Very good
I've been looking for something small to keep in my bedroom so wouldn't have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the refrigerator everything else I've tried the little mini refrigerators doesn't keep all get my fluids cold enough so this product here is very good I love it I could control how cold I want my water I'm impressed who's to say a cooler would have been better than a mini refrigerator

Excellent for what it is
We tent camp out of an SUV, and long ago started using a cooler to keep cheese, butter and chocolate fresh. I bought this as a last moment addition to a 19day back country trip to Utah, part of which took us away from towns for 4 days. Outside temps got up to 104F, the fridge temps varied from 34F to 40F. My first reaction to the ice tray was that it was an unwanted feature, but being able to add ice to our Powerade was actually a huge bonus. We also added milk and eggs, as well as cold cuts. We purchased a 4pack of burgers, and were able to save 2 of them for the next day. Be mindful, this is not a perfect fridge, the temps do rise to about 40F, and the ice is probably only about 30F, and it will take a long time to cool off when full. They claim it works up to 45degree slope, and will stay cold for 10 hours. I "tilted" it atleast once driving on very primitive roads and the temps climbed to 48F in about 4hours. Be mindful of its limitations, and you will be very happy. On the other hand, the footprint is about the same as our cooler, it stays colder, and does not have the hassle of ice. Putting our hot drinking water into old Powerade bottles was awesome when returning from hikes over the open desert. I rank this amongst the best camping purchases I have made. We loved the fact it had a light inside it, and actually used the USB port to charge stuff twice (Another unwanted feature that proved handy).

I was very scepticle...
I was very scepticle about this cooler as I have owned multiple thermoelectic coolers in the past. I thought "there is no way this thing can freeze off of a 12v cigarette plug". I purchased for a family vacation to Florida and was hoping it would at least keep out drinks and such cold if I set it to the lowest temperature. 3 hours into our trip we made a stop for a restroom break and a drink, and to my surprise there was slushy ice in our bottled water. I decided to leave it at the same temp until our next stop and see what would happen. BIG MISTAKE... our water was frozen to the point that we had to wait and let the water thaw out in order to drink it. I adjusted the temp to 35 and the cooler maintained that temp for 10 days with only a few degrees varying from time to time. I would buy this cooler over and over again, Thanks VEVOR!!

We love it!
We live in a hot rural climate and it's an hour to a grocery store. This refrigerator cools in 20-minutes and takes all of the worry out of food safety. We are very happy with it!
