as it states 79 db, it's just that. but this is a solid built blower and does the job with ease, even when fully extended using the least amount of bends, this thing gets it done.

This piece of equipment is built like it was made in 1950. Heavy, well designed and made. Perfect for a small woodworking shop. The only issue is I wish the suction was a bit stronger but good for its size.

Came on time. Quality product.?Did exactly what i needed it for. I will certainly look here first next time i need a piece of equipment like this.

Was easy to use and set up. Ducting was flexible and is long enough to reach where needed. Works really well removing dust, so you can keep working. Makes easy work of dust to get the job done.

I use this for remodeling to help keep dust down in showers, kitchens and baths. It works good for its size, if you want to move a lot of dusty air I would recommend a larger size fan. I run it on 50’ of hose and you won’t eliminate dust, but it helps out tremendously.

For it's size it a monster. I had a water leak. This was for the crawlspace under the house. I hoped to move a lot of air. The duct directed the air where I want. But you need everything secure because the airflow is wild. Secure the duct. It can expand and move wildly with the air. This moves a lot of air. You could ventilate an entire tunnel under a border with one or two of these. It's small but heavy. Everything is thick, sturdy, and simple. I bought this in an emergency to move a lot of air. Hopefully that will be fixed and I'll find some other purpose for this since it works so well. Not sure what since it has only one speed, fast. Too much to stand in front of, and consider small animals that walk behind it.

Seems to be solidly made. Worked great for drywall sanding. Used plastic sheeting to partition off space from rest of the room and piped vent outdoors. Dust cleared from air quickly and practically none got into the adjacent space. About as noisy as a shop vac so. I wore ear protectors.

I recommend getting the silver mylar ducting to fit it because the vinyl collapses. I need it to ventilate epoxy fumes from occupied homes and its perfect. But it's LOUD. Better than smelling chemicals.

AS EXPECTED THESE FANS MOVE AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF AIR, BE SURE THERE ARE NO SMALL DOGS OR CHILDREN NEAR IT LESSEN THEY GET SUCKED INTO THE INTAKE LIKE A JET ENGINE;). These things are very noise but thats what it takes to move a lot of air, not for a library🤣

I set this unit up to dry an area that got water in it from a washing machine stand pipe overflow. There seems to be a low velocity airflow coming out of the duct and LOTS of air coming out of the intake. The bare bones instruction \"manual\" doesn't address this. This unit is not quiet, but neither is any other high throughput blower I've seen. My question is this unit \"high throughput\"?
