Good product! Easy to install, design is simple, quiet and effective.The controls are easy to use but lots of pieces for optional configuration. I wish it had only one control box for simple install.

There was nothing wrong with this. It exceeded my expectations. I never look at positive reviews bc I think they are all bought off but this is not one of them. We absolutely love this. There was no sound as it lifted completely up. It was so so so easy to put together. We are making a cabinet later. For now we screwed it on a flat piece of wood and that was it. We thought it would be flimsy and we're going to at the least make a T shape with wood but it wasn't needed. Just a flat piece of wood.

Easy to install, extremely quiet! Good lift!

The lift came packaged well and everything was included except the mounting bolts. I use it in my motorhome to lift a 55" Samsung smart TV, so I can hide the TV behind the sofa when not in use. The only downside was that the directions for programming the lift were not very good. I'm a Boomer. My millenial son figured it out in five minutes. If you have trouble programming it, have one of your kids or grandkids do it. Once it is programmed, it lifts to a set point with the push of a single button. The lowered position works with the push of a different button. It has a remote that can be used for fine tuning the height when you don't want to raise it all the way or lower it all the way.

Have had this for about a month with no problems. Works well. Have it attached to a homemade plywood footplate (rather than attaching directly into the wall or floor) that sits behind/beneath a buffet, in such a way that the tv is hidden from view when lowered and not in use. One thing to note: the remote does not allow for preset heights, only up and down controls. (Though you can set 5 preset heights on the control that is attached to the lift by a cord.) That would be my only gripe, albeit a small one. Overall, would recommend. Keeps tv secured to prevent small kids from knocking it over and harming themselves. And I don’t have to look at a big black screen in my living room when it’s not in use.

Very smooth operating lift. Had to change the tv mount to let the tv sit lower. Lack of manual for programming. Still give it 5 stars for it's construction.

Outside use

The directions in the box made no sense. Also, it would have been nice to have had more accurate dimensions when ordering. Thirdly. I had to fabricate a new steel mounting bracket for my installation. It would have been nice if they included a couple different types of mounting brackets.
