I wish I'd found this years ago. It's rock solid quality, has both a wireless remote and hardwired remote with memory settings, and it's plenty quick, while being whisper quiet. My only gripe is that the bracket for the TV should go lower to allow more compact storage. This is easily solved with some aluminum L bracket from the hardware store if you want to fit it into a box around 31 inches high.

I mounted it upside down in my attic so my bedroom tv comes down thru the ceiling!Love it!

Very easy to assemble, includes tv mount and remote. Virtually no useful instructions but thankfully they are not much needed. It is quiet and seems very powerful. It apparently has no brake like a garage door so be very careful that nothing obstructs it going up or down. Mine is installed to lower the TV from the ceiling and it seems to work great.

I was searching for a lift of these particular dimensions and there are few. I took a gamble and replaced my old lift with this one and it worked perfectly. It fit inside the cabinet and raised and lowered (very quietly) perfectly.

We returned the first one purchased and were hopeful that the second unit would not have the same problem. When laid flat, the unit operates up and down with little noise at all, but once in the vertical position, with the TV mounted, it makes an annoying chattering sound when lowered.Ours is a 32- inch Hisense, flat screen TV and it is very light in weight. When the second unit had the same issue, I resolved it by adding spring tension, being careful not to exceed the stated weight limit.With that one exception, we are pleased with the quality and value. It is too soon however to say how long it will operate reliably, as it was just installed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

the instructions were very unclear. no pictures of the parts that came with it. the screws were all combined in two small bags. this product needs better instructions.

This was exactly what I was looking for and it was pretty easy to put together minus those instructions. Good thing I'm pretty savvy with putting things together. It's really quite too. Only thing was the price dropped immediately after I received it. Would be 5 stars but the $100 price drop didn't sit well with me. I would recommend this product and thinking about ordering another one in the future.
