The ice machine has not worked correctly since I have received it. I have reached out to get the problem addressed, but can only chat with AI. Everything they told me to try has not fixed the problem. Then they offer me $40. What an insult!

This ice machine puts out more ice then my old one at around the same price.. makes so much I have to turn it off now and then!!!

Great ice machine. work great. makes enough ice for me. It enough ice to fill my cooler for when I go fishing.

This is a really great ice maker overall! It holds a LOT of ice - it works very nicely in a covered outdoor kitchen setting. The lift up panel works great , but it is probably not the ideal access door for an outdoor environment. I don't think the ice maker is technically rated for outdoor use, but if the climate permits.... then it has worked great so far. It does NOT come with an internal drain pump, but also, the drain location works as long as you can drop a 2 x 4 under the unit or if you have a 1.5 inch drain drop from the ice maker to the floor. Overall, I definitely recommend this machine!

Excellent ice maker! Exactly as described! Easy to setup, not noisy at all.

I was a little disappointed that the Advertising did not point out the fact that you cannot leave ice cubes in the machine overnight. I don't think I missed anything. But I am pleased with the unit.

Purchased as replacement for our ice maker that died. Wonderful features make this ice machine a trooper. Small profile, produces 80lbs daily, with blue sanitation light and water filter, we are spoiled....And blessed at $249.

The long and short of it is that it is what it says. A great ice maker for a great price, I got it on sale, but it was certainly worth it. Having 7 people in one house, we've killed some of the smaller counter top units in the past, not to mention refilling those gets to be annoying. This guy keeps us stocked and no refilling required!

Excellency product. Easy to set up, looks great. Makes more ice than I know what to do with. Using a Vevor condensate pump to solve The drainage issue with ice machine. Problem solved with the little pump. Ice machine drains to pump, pump to drain Ice machine fits perfectly under counter and pump sits nicely behind it. Have purchased several different products from Vevor and have had no regrets thus far.
