- update - 2 years of use, and haven’t had any issues! Used daily, and not one problem. At this point, I’m happy to say that it’s paid for itself and I highly recommend. I’ve recommended to many friends and family, who to date have not had any issues with theirs. Original post- Installed and connected to our refrigerator, working well so far after about a month or so of use. At this point, I would recommend. -Update- Almost one year later and it’s still working like new. Haven’t had any issues and the family loves it. It gets used many times daily supplying bottled (5 gallon jugs) water to our refrigerator for cold water and ice maker. I strongly recommend!

First of all, my family loves the fact we have ice and water now in the garage. The only negative thing, but I still gave it 5 stars, were the instructions are horrible. I had to find youtube videos on similar products to make sure I set it up correctly. Once I found those, it was simple! It works great so i am not going to ding this company...but probably should, but it just works, its quiet and efficient. No complaints here after the install. If you are not mechanically inclined, you are going to need a video to set this up, but once you do, you will be happy!

Good icemaker for the cost. Easy to setup and use. Not a freezer so ice will eventually melt unless moved to a freezer or ice chest. I’m still learning the functions and settings so am learning how much time I need to make larger and/or more dense ice, etc. will update review if I can add any useful information after getting more accustomed with the functionality and settings.

Installed in my pantry and connected to my refrigerator. Pretty simple install. Seems to work as it should.
