We own a farm and use this machine to make ice for chicken processing days and to bring our product to the farmers market. Our business is saving money and our operations are running smoother thanks to this machine. Great buy.

I have had many ice machines in the past, from counter top models, to full sized restaurant units, and this one is the best performer for the money so far. I live in Arizona, so it has to perform above advertised specs, and it does. LOVE IT!

Lasted less than a month they want me to take it apart and see what is wrong with it .I told them I was not their technician They want me to ship it back at my cost NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE EMAILS TO BACK THIS UP .

The ice machine works very well. It drops ice every 15-18 minutes (I have the bridge set thick). Runs very quiet and does not put out an excessive amount of heat. The only concern I have is the filter that came with the machine. The filter is light in weight and the ice cubes are not clear. I will change it out for an in-line carbon filter. Other that that, this is a very good ice machine and a few of my friends will probably buy one.

The unit came well packaged and undamaged. The description was accurate and has performed to its standard. I upgraded the filter system because the one it comes with looked cheep.
