Bought the 15ton to replace a dead chiller on my 2kw Amada Laser. Worked fine for a little over a year, and now throws overheating alarms and will not function. Vevor website tells me this order is not eligible for technical support after 1 year, so I guess I am now the proud owner of a $6,000 paperweight. Error codes: T.High Warn Cool Fan Overload. Managed to remove both alarms and get the temperature down. It was at 127 degrees, about 50 degrees higher than it should be running at. I sprayed the coils off with air and tried a hard reset. Turned the internal compressor on, and temp instantly starts to rise, which then tells the fan to turn on. The fan did turn on...for about 3 seconds before shutting off and the cool fan overload alarm posts again. Still hoping someone from Vevor will reach out and help me, buyer beware!

Website says single phase but is actually 3 phase. Have to return. Must be tough when you can't translate Chinese.

The little freezer is perfect. I use this while I'm cooking and it works perfectly. A must-have product.
