What a wonderful and inexpensive option to getting some long and hot showers again. After moving into our 5th wheel full time, the biggest thing missing was a decent shower. This thing easily has become my most favorite part of our new home.No body is perfect, it's never does a company have failures at all. It's all about how do they respond to problems when things inevitably go wrong. I was so excited to get a longer than 6 minute shower that when I received my heater in the mail I wasted no time getting it installed that same night. Only to discover after setting it up that it was D,O.A. I was c(early disappointed and irritated I had to undo everything I just did so that i could then move to dealing with the return process.This is where the company jumped in and shined. They asked a list of typical questions and quickly came to the same conclusion I had. The product showed up dead upon arrivalThe company said they would issue a refund and I would get it in 3 -. 5 days. I said I still needed a heater and they said we can have you a replacement out today and you'll have it in the same amount of time. No need to wait on the defective unit to make it back first. The replacement showed up and worked right away.Thank you for the customer service and the wonderful hot showers!
