Product itself may be great but I got a defective lead screw the head does not move at all. Just stuck in one spot. I tried contacting the seller and seems like they keep sending me the automated message asking me if I want to replace and I’m keep saying yes. But I keep getting the same message over and over again.Update: Changed the ratings to 4 stars. The vendor sent the replacement. Item works perfectly. Will buy again if needed.
