I bought this heat press but it does not hold its temperature.

I was really excited to get this press and extras, but the extras didn't arrive with the press. I did receive credit and purchased additional accessories, so that turned out just fine. Unfortunately, as I was readying for my Mother's Day project, the press' electronics/sensor went belly up. I do not think I received a defective product, but rather this kind of thing happens when thousands of a product are made. Flukes happen. The press and accessories otherwise were great. I ended up having another press delivered today in order to complete my project. So, there will be hand delivered gifts today too make sure everyone is happy.

This press works well. And heats up very fast. The thing I will say are the directions are very limited. I was able to figure it out and the switch for the attachment cup is opposite of what it says.

I love it easy to use takes a little bit to warm up but other then that I'm enjoying it

It took a little bit to figure it out but it works great and I love it so much. Been making hat, t-shirt and mugs! can't wait to try plates and tiles.

The product is excellent. Light weight compare to old fashion heatpress. Slick design and easy to use.

It does what it says and was fairly easy to use... Instructions were a little hard to follow but I am new to the heat press game so that may be a factor. I guess I got a good deal.. it was cheaper than the brand that rhymes with cricket...

I thought it was just a cheap replacement for the cricut but its much nicer than I expected...
