It worked perfectly, the only issue I have is that the unit came in broken, all of the parts that are plastic broke, should have been packaged better

Works fine
Winch works fine. I use it as an overhead hoist in my shop to move heavyish tools into the storage loft. Same product as the Harbor Freight hoists. Only complaint is the length of the remote cable. I had to put a longer wire on it in order to reach down to floor elevation from my 14' ceiling height.

Only reason for the 4 star is the short cord for the controller . I had to rewire a longer cord .

PA1000 winch
This winch is awesome. I use it for Lifting commercial size ZTR mowers so I can access the bottom of the machine. It has no problem lifting from the front or the rear. I would recommend this winch for any mechanic.
