Saved a bundle , over other in home care lifts.So I bought another for shop use as a motor lift.

Good hoist for my rooftop tent.Only reason it is a 4 star is because the remote cable is short

I bought this not for a engine hoist but to help me get my groceries up my ramp and into the house. I attached it to the wall of my deck. Then I pull the wire out and hook it onto my wagon. I then hoist up the grocery. I need a double hip replacement and it's very difficult to pull the wagon up the ramp. I live by myself in a very rural area, so neighbors are not always available to help. Would recommend buying.

Great for hoisting Christmas decorations in and out of the garage’s attic.

the 3.5-foot cable for the controller is way too short especially if you are hanging the unit from an overhead beam that is 15 feet high other than that the unit works great
