This device works great! The only deficiency might be the short cord on the remote switch.

I use this to lift a 4’x 8’ plywood with a slot car race track off my pool table, works great

Purchases this hoist to raise and lower pigs while we are butchering Worked well for that. Hung the hoists from a steel beam in the barn with chains running through the mounting brackets. Only used them a short time but worked great. Need to keep wieght on the hook so cable winds correctly. Could use a longer electric cable for convenience of reaching outlet without extension chord.

Easy to setup and use. Installed in attic to lift heavy stuff through attic ladder hole.

We installed in our attic to hoist holiday decoration boxes up and down. So easy to use & has saved our backs from lifting heavy bulky boxes.

Good hoist for my rooftop tent.Only reason it is a 4 star is because the remote cable is short
