My husband bought this for my father in law. They really enjoyed it this pass hunting season.

Great for skinning deer

Product works exactly as advertised. I cannot comment on lifting anything up to it's full weight capacity as I have only had 100#'s on it so far but it worked well. Only downside that I see is the remote itself is awkwardly big. It could easily be half the size.

So first off. If you have a camper topper on your truck or a Jeep or anything in the back of your vehicle this hoist is awesome. I have used this multiple times to remove the top off of my jeep with ease. i thought that was the only thing that I was going to use it for but I was wrong. I have picked up my Quad with this to change the tires and to mount my plow. I have used this to move heavy items around my Garage. Pick something up and backed my trailer under the item and set it down. I love this hoist.I did have a bad experience when I first received my hoist it didnt work. So i got in contact with the company and had a new one at my door in less then 24 hours. The customer service was amazing.Second when I mounted this I used a 2x12 and Lag bolted the unit to the 2x12 and then lag bolted it to my rafters. It holds up so nicely and as I wouldnt try to lift my car with it if you had the right set up and supports i would buy the bigger one and use it that way.Overall I would give this a 10/10 for ease of use ,10/10 for installation, and a 10/10 for overall operation. theres even a dead man switch to stop you from going to high and crushing your own hoist.

I use this to pull a roof top tent to the ceiling of my garage. I've hardly put anywhere near the maximum load on it, but it seems to work as advertised and is easy to install.

I had just bought a front load washer, I needed to lift the washer onto the pedestals, It was perfect! no stress it picked it up and lowered the washer perfectly onto the pedestal.

I order the product twice, because plastic covers were broken and wires were sticking out. I decided not to order again, because I'm sure it will be broken too. The problem is packaging. Item weighs around 35 lbs and it's only packaged into a single box. Hardly any bubble wrap. Just cardboard. Now I have to go in and use super glue to put it together.
