I order the product twice, because plastic covers were broken and wires were sticking out. I decided not to order again, because I'm sure it will be broken too. The problem is packaging. Item weighs around 35 lbs and it's only packaged into a single box. Hardly any bubble wrap. Just cardboard. Now I have to go in and use super glue to put it together.

It works just fine. The "user manual" basically comes down to "don't stand under loads you lifted" absolutely no information on installing or using.

I got 2, took cable spools off and added a sprocket, chain drive to open and close 12ft shop doors , works great

Excellent produit facile d’installation

So far its ok, bought to suspend my Cessna 172 to swap the landing gear, the remote cable is ridiculously short (3') very stupid IMO and the mounting hardware made it difficult to suspend from a flat ceiling. I modified a 2" X 2" HSS to attach the supplied straps to and it worked. Installation time doubled but its done and working fine with out the load. Ill be lifting the plane next week so fingers crossed it can do the lift.

Exactly what I needed. Use it to replace manual wheel for my small boat lift. Now it’s a power lift and for a fraction of the cost. Thing is a workhorse.
