Got message that this had been delivered and when I notified that I had not received it as per the notice, support responded promptly with satisfactory response. It showed up the next day. Initial impressions are summed up in one word, quality. Don’t hesitate to buy.

wanted to have generator away from the house at a flat spot so the generator sets level. Gen not as close so helps with lowering the noise level some too. this was a good value.

Cable was easy to roll out and both ends seemed good quality

It's hard to secure it in the 50 amp outlet but once in, it locks into place. Great handle on generator end makes it easy to plug & unplug. Hard to uncurl but heavy bricks helped us flatten it until it straightened out. Came highly recommended by our electrician.
