Bought this ice cream maker for our church kitchen for Wednesday dinners and special events. I’ve used it once for vacation bible school and everyone loved the soft serve ice cream. It is a core to clean, but so for very easy to operate and everyone loves it!

We replaced an Electro Freeze soft serve machine with this Vevor unit. If you have not used a hopper type soft serve machine before, the manual that comes with this will be almost useless. It does not even mention the air tubes that are so important to obtaining good results. I had to polish the sealing surface of the left cylinder because there was plastic mold flash that protruded onto the sealing surface, causing the machine to leak mix onto the floor. Vevor support did not understand the problem, even though I sent photos. They suggested fixes that had nothing to do with my problem. I also had to repair the air pump because one of the armatures that works one bellows had fallen out of place in shipping. Other than that, it is a well designed machine and it is easy to clean as the ad says. it runs much quieter than my old machine. It makes a nice product once you learn how to adjust it. The manual explains the touch screen pretty well, but otherwise is not very helpful. If you are mechanically inclined, this is a great machine.

OMG buying this soft serve ice cream machine was a great decision. We like to have ice cream socials with our friends. Amazon has the best price for this machine. I did my research.

This is a great machine for our small business. I wish it had come with directions on use instead of having us google all the information on how to use the machine and have it make the ice cream. Delivery took 2 times longer than quoted, so if you are in a hurry give yourself extra time. Makes great ice cream, cleans easy, and looks great. Only had it 1 week as of right now and am happy with the purchase. Customer service with questions regarding delivery was good too.

It's no Taylor but we needed an icecream machine and 1 of our Taylor's went down right before the season started and was several 1000's to repair. So we ordered this guy to help as a backup and when we knew we were going to be busy. The hopper isn't refrigerated so you have to use it fast. There is no option for each side individually to run which usually they can but if you remove the beater on one side and just deal with the alarm it works for just one flavor . The rubber pieces on inside of front valves are easy to rip and generally want to leak past and mix icecream in the heads. Not a big deal but o rings would be great update. We were going to just put it in the house for home use but we had a fire and lost everything so that sucks but we will buy another one for home use in near future but it will be 220v and have refrigerated hoppers or we won't get 1.

Amazing machine

Love this machine. Took me fighting with my used electro freeze for 2 years to finally gibe in and take a chance km this one and I'm so glad I did! It's taken some getting use to bc it does come out really fast but once we got it, it's been great. We did have a question upon first use that Customer service sent a video to answer and they were quick to respond. Definitely happy with our purchase.
