A couple of months ago I ordered a set of 24 blue driveway lights…order delivered as expected…had them installed and except for one light the rest worked fine.
A few weeks later I ordered a second set of of l24 lights, this time i ordered the Warm White lights…when I got an order confirmation a couple of days later, I saw that I was going to get the “Bright “ white lights instead of the “Warm white lights”…I immediately emailed Vevor to correct the order…no response, I emailed again…and I found out that this Chinese company has…closed their North American customer service support phone line…making it impossible to speak to someone in real time and since they don’t respond to emails right away…time went by and I got the wrong type of lights!!
A company that cannot support its clients in the US SHOULD NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO SELL TO US CUSTOMERS!!
Be very careful if you order anything from this company as there are basically NO Customer Support
