I like the fact that the drain cleaner came earlier than expected. It was easy to use to get the water up. Storage is easy can fit right in the corner of your basement. Now I don't have to worry about calling a plumber. Raschon King

Like this product. Used twice already to unclog the drain.

I used to have to call a plumber every couple years to clean out my drain because of grease buildup, but now I can use this instead. I figure it will pay for itself after 2-3 uses. It's a heavy machine so not super easy to maneuver around the house, but it's manageable. Shipping was faster than expected.
