So far the ice machine has been working great. I run a small restaurant and it provides us plenty of ice. I do take the time to bag some up and put it in the freezer though for our busy times.

Just hooked up the 440lb vevour ice machine and it started making nice clear ice within the first 20 minutes. Had to turn it off until I get a chance to connect a longer drain hose. So far I’m very impressed and satisfied with the ice machine.

This ice machine is pretty easy to install and get started. It makes ice quickly, and seems to very sturdy and built well. Two major issues I have: 1. Storage capacity is definitely not 99 lbs. It's MAYBE 50 lbs. This hasn't been an issue for us yet because it makes ice quickly to refill the storage. 2. Programming for thicker cubes = sheets of ice that don't break apart. We use our ice for bar use and wanted it to be slightly thicker, but it created large chunks of the sheet that wouldn't break up into the individual cubes. I called customer support about the issue and didn't get any help. To solve I ended up reprogramming for thinner cubes.

This things puts a lot of ice out like a 144 pieces every 12 to 15 minutes I had mines about three weeks and I love it. It holds a lot of ice. I purchased some bags from Amazon and I bag them up in 8 pound bags. I usually do about 16. 8 pound bags a day.
