Software is not so good has a lot of features that is not accessible. The cutter is very good.

Pros: Cuts fast and gets the job done! It's easy to learn how to operate, and tech support is there to help in anyway possible regarding this Cutter!Cons! Doesn't always cut designs fully! (May leave a very small spot uncut!) Noting to cry about tho!Overall it's serving it purpose for what I bought it to do and has already paid for itself! 9/10

This was my second plotter, after returned the first one for defectiveness. It was very easy to install and get it to work.

Great machine. Easy to operate and the included software offers more than enough features to create professional quality projects. Money well spent
