I took a risk and purchased this inexpensive vinyl cutter. I didn't care for the software that came with it so bought EasyCut Pro, which turned out to be a re-badged version of SureCutsAlot. Other than backing off the spring tension a LOT on the feed roller tensioners, I have been pleasantly surprised at the capabilities of this machine. Once the knife height was set properly, it does a very nice job of cutting vinyl. I wouldn't say it's fit for professional 8-hours-a-day use, but for heavy hobby use, it's great. I've used it to cut vinyl lettering for fire department vehicles/helmets/other things, large car show signage, and random hobby projects. I consider it well worth the price. I only dropped it down one start because of the overall quality. It's no Roland CAMM, but at the price, it can't be beat...really. I'm well pleased with my purchase.
