We replaced a 2hp motor that had a burned out starter with this one. Our old motor was 110v so my electrician set it up for the same. So far so good, it is quieter than my old motor.

Great upgrade to my bandsaw. A monster to install, but I expected that due to other reviews. Made a platform on my floor jack to lift into place. Cut the base to accommodate extra length. Increase in power is impressive. Makes wood slicing a pleasure.

I don’t think I have ever written a review on Amazon but I wanted to say thanks for the awesome customer support. I bought this motor for my DIY plastic shredder at my house and it worked great the first day or so. There was a problem with the thermal reset and the company has sent me out a new motor to replace it with minimum hassle and a very quick turn over time. I would not hesitate to order from this seller again. I’m sure the new motor will work well for what I needed it was a perfect fit for my gear worm reducer 56C frame size. Thank you

Does run on the warm side, however great shop-use motor for all projects. This is especially true for being reversable and also works on 110V and 220V.

So far I’m very satisfied with this Mophorn motor. I did have to move the mounting bracket by drilling six new holes but everything else was perfect and my drill press is running great. Now I’m hoping it will last the rest of my using it.

This motor was easy to wire and runs pretty quiet for something this powerful. I don't doubt it's power rating. It lets me hog .25 inch steel very effectively.

It holds up good. Used it to build a chicken plucker.

I bought this single phase motor for a metal cutting lathe I bought. the lathe originally had a 3 phase motor and my garage is not wired for 3 phase power. this motor was a good replacement motor for my lathe. It has plenty of power and runs well and was easy to switch out. I'm very happy with this motor.
