CNC? More like 123! This joke is bad but yea its easy to build
Instructions arent very good, but trial and error work fine. Its sort of hard to mess up assembly with so many youtube videos available. I was really considerimg a sainsmart, but this price was too good to beat. Im glad i took the chance, this thing worked after assembly. Some tips:Slide any moving parts close to the T mounts for the rails before tightening. This just ensures it wont bind.Wipe the rails down before installing any parts. The oil on the rails is cheap and nasty, probably just from original supplier, not meant for bearings. Mineral oil works great.Grease everything, you'd be shocked how quiet this guy is after proper lubrication.

They are in the process of sending new components to fix a previous issue. Overall satisfied.
The assembly is not difficult, if you have an issue, please contact them. They are very responsive and care about their consumer satisfaction.

Very strong, not easy to build, this one have a manual
First, let me tell you the good: I choose this kind of CNC even when I already knew it was difficult to put together because of the kind of materials. It is made mostly out of solid heavy gauge aluminum, which I like. If you put it together right it feels heavy and strong. Now this one does have a manual, the one I got before (and returned) didn't have one and the few instructions were incomplete, and altogether wrong. This particular one has a nice and updated printed manual. I tested all the functions after putting it together and everything worked as it supposed to do. I did have an advantage because I already put together the other one, and it was pretty much the same building. On the favor of this one, al the parts were the right ones, unlike the first one I got, don't know if this is because of the different vendor or it is an updated model. There is one that is the same model but updated, it had a different motherboard and is made of bakelite, it seems much easier to build but I like the all-metal feeling of this one.Now the bad: There is basically no software included for the routing. I thought this won't be a problem as there are many free programs out there. Boy, I was wrong. I haven't found a decent free program for CNC. Some have outrageous prices like $600 or more. I found a possible one, Easel from Inventables they give you a free test and after that is less than $100. I did not try it because I got frustrated too soon and it turns out your only free test is just a few lines. Still, it seems like a possible solution I may try in the future. For now, I am trying a free one I found called DXF to G-Code. It seems a bit basic but still, I will try it. You can also generate G-Code with Inkscape (great program and free). It's a bit tricky to get it to work but seems really good. Also on the bad, on my second test, the machine stopped for no reason at about 2/3 of the job. I am using this machine offline only because my computer shows no available COM port so I can't connect any more robots. Keep this in mind if you have many toys, once a device takes a COM port, it tends to not release it. Windows have no way to close an open COM port. Now technically the port is only open because a program opens it, however, the most common (and annoying) thing is that each program loads itself automatically, Let's say you have some other robot or device that uses the same port, the software for that program will 'prepare' everything for the use of the device including opening the COM port. So far I haven't found a way to force close the ports not even to list who is using them and force close the application. The good thing about this machine is because of the included control, you can use it offline, just save your files to a memory card and print directly on the machine. This is also good because this kind of machine will cause either some smoke (and a lot of smell) if you are using a laser or noise if you are using the router. So with the offline opti

My Experience log
First off this is my first CNC routing machine so what I provide here is just factual observations as I begin exploring my new hobby.Inventory review:1. The mainboard: a. Identical to description photo! b. Confirmed A4988 Drivers which are easily replaceable.2. Steppers: a. All axis use steppers 42BYGH34H-2A-13D 1.8Deg 1.3A3. 1x ER Collet Size: 1/84. 1x ER11 coupler 5mm5. 10x VBits: 3.175mm 30Deg 0.1mm6. All plastic parts are injection molded7. Colored manual with part inventory and steps8. 1x Strange desk lamp9. 24v 5A power brick with US plug10. 10mm Linear Rods11. All axis equiped with antibacklash nut and spring12. No endstops or Z probe hardware (as expected)Additional thoughts for MFG:1. An ALL METAL option to replace all plastic parts2. Motor upgrade option

This is so much fun!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Ok, it took me quite a while to assemble it, I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't prepared for that many screws LOL, but hey, it was easy enough if you can follow the TEXTLESS Instruction Manual!!!!, anyways, assembly apart, it worked perfectly right away, no trouble at all, I haven't tested with every material, but i made a small Plastic carve with 2 of the demos they included on the MicroSD and well, it is quite precise, no complaints about that, but For Innos!, put some text on those Manuals, also, why did you forgot the electric assembly part? it goes as far as telling you to mount every metal piece but the logic board connectors? i was able to "Assume" what went where but I'm telling you, some other people may not and would take 1 extra page top, also i had to wear away a little bit the drill itself because the "5mm" thingi that holds the blade didn't fit at first, i saw a video where the guy just slide it easily, but was not my case, anyway, as I said, assembly apart, this thing works amazingly well and it looks so nice next to my 3d Printer, tho I will have to set them apart because of the debris.I will still give the 5 Sars because the product itself is worth them.

Great CNC Machine
Vevor CNC Machine is amazing for the price. So far I have etched plexiglass and milled wood and it is so easy to work with. So glad I made this purchase.

The CNC machine was great, customer service is lousy
Machine worked fantastic for about three weeks. Then the control board went out and I was told by customer service that I had to buy another one myself and would be reimbursed. What customer service does that? I did buy one on my own and had to have it installed, Vevor did pay for my purchase and a little more. Don't think I will ever purchase from Vevor again.
