I did not realize the pump chasing this type of automotive lift that it would jerk as it went up and down with air pressure. There was no indication that it would not move smoothly in the write ups that I read. Contacted Vivan about this and they said that’s normal for it to jerk. Would not suggest this to people who are used to the smooth action of the hydraulic pump on a standard floor jack.

This looks to be a very nice tool for someone with bigger equipment lifting needs than I have. The reason I gave it 4 overall rating is the fact I couldn't return it and exchange for the 3T unit. It was my mistake ordering the 5T jack. I had both in my cart and accidentally ordered the wrong one. Customer Service suggested , because of shipping cost, I keep it and sell it locally. Overall I believe this could be a great addition to your shop if you need heavy lifting capabilities.

First time to use and hose to bottom of lift split and blew off the air bag. I cut off bad end and pushed back on and it split again. NOW LOOKING FOR NEW HOSE TO PUT ON FITTING. It split just as pressure being put in the air bag, hose was bad from where ever you bought it from.

It did what it said it would do and more love my order and I recommend it to anyone that wants to order and use this air pump I ordered two of them because I needed to level up my building because I couldn’t close or open my door to my building but thanks 🙏 to these two air pumps it got the job done and now my building is back to normal and I can open and close my door good and I’m thinking about getting me one to jacket up my vehicle 🚗 because if it can lift up my heavy building then I know it will jacket up my vehicle

Nice Jack easy to use I really like how it works easy to rotate my tires It a lot better than having to jack up by hand

This thing lifts everything so fast! Lightning compared to pumping up a jack. That said, it is a tall jack fully deflated. So keep that in mind. Not going under a sport or luxury sport car for sure.

Works exactly as advertised. Easy to setup, saves a lot of labor. Great tool.

I bought the small one first . After putting it together and using it, i fell in love with it and ordered the bigger one . These are very inexpensive compared to hydraulic jacks and way better

Does a great job of lifting. Could not detect any leak down once lifted, will still use jack stands for safety. The handle is very subpar, made from thin plate maybe 1/8" so rough on the hand. Wrapped mine in tape. You need to be precise when positioning. The jack moves up quickly not in increments like a typical floor jack that allows you to reposition prior to being firm against the vehicle. Handle is far too short to be of much use. Will build a longer one when I have time. Still it was worth the price.

Works great. Only thing that would make it better is if it was easier to move around. I have used several times from lifting a small car to lifting my 9500lb diesel truck.
