This order process was good, Alberto called me serval times during the order and shipping process, letting me know where it was and when it was to arrive. He made a phone call a week after I had it to make sure everything was ok. I love the machine, we did have a clicking sound but when I talked to Alberto, he provided the solution for that. After adding the little bit more sugar content and making the slushy less thick, the problem was solved. The customer service provided by Alberto is great, I would defiantly recommend this machine if you are looking.

Really love our purchase of the dual Hopper machine. Super easy to care for/clean. Great function - both chilling and freezing. We have used all summer long thus far and running great! This was just what I was looking for BUT FIRST.....let any slushy machine you buy sit in place for 24 hours. I would keep my machine in a separate room from where you are entertaining guests because the sound is the same as the ones you hear running at a convenience store. This machine is very reliable and normally takes less than a half hour to make slushies. If you store the machine in an area with a lot of humidity, the tanks will generate a lot of condensation, so check the drip tray. We have no complaints, my family loves it!

I wasn’t sure that an Italian slushy machine would be better than a Chinese slushy machine but the reviews were there so I paid the extra cash for the Italian version.It arrived in time for my Siete de Mayo party, which was fantastic. The packaging was sturdy although you need to keep it in case you need to sent the machine back for servicing. But I just set the wooden crate on a moving dolly with a Mexican table cloth on top, and put the slushy machine on top of that. It’s not perfect but it’s adequate.The unit is noisy. It wouldn’t be great inside your house. Outside is fine. But more noisy than I expected. Not a deal breaker.
