I bought this opener in January of 2018, it's now May of 2019 and has worked as expected 99.9% of the time. It has even worked better since I sprayed the chain and gears with non-dust collecting lube.A couple times in heavy ice storms I had to help it start (before the lube), the rest of the time it has worked great.I suspect part of the reason my remotes only reach about 75' is they are key fobs plugged into the ignition thus signal is blocked by car engine and my opener is mounted with the control board and antenna on the opposite side road approach.I recently added a wifi garage door opener to the gate and it adds a whole nether level to the coolness of having an automated gate!

It is a good product, but I would rather to pay a little bit more and get the one with the keypad, two extra remote controllers, and an infrared one.

Works well! It was easy to set up and add remotes. I been using it for a few months so far and it's still working well. The price was affordable.

First time installing. Good product , very simple to install. This equipment works well and is very functional. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Gate opener.

Good product too small but it is easy to use works great quality on chains should lower price little for those that need a electrician...
