Overall it is a 4 Star product. The steps had a very low riser. 6 3/4”. So the angle of the pre fab step railing did not work for us. We needed to re weld the plate after cutting the square tubing. After the installation the railing was plumb and level; as it should be.

Sturdy

Very well made and it’s very heavy.

The previous owner had poured some stairs themselves it seems.... which leads to some nontraditional spacing on our stairs.The fact that these are adjustable to your custom needs is reason enough to make your purchase.Seems sturdy enough and looks quite nice.I ended up switching the screws that came with it out for some that tighten down instead of tightening up. (Nut on top instead of the bottom)If you plan on using epoxy in addition to your screws switching is a near must.The wrenches that came with are only good for one use, afterwhich they are literally bent out of shape.And the pieces seem to bend a bit while tightening everything down but not too much.All in all I would purchase again.

Great product., very well built

Shipping was fast. Packaging could use improvement, but everything arrived intact and complete. Install was a breeze. Customer lives in an upscale neighborhood and is very happy with how it looks. Timothy Dailey.

This is a nice design and looks good. If you are installing in concrete steps, consider getting your own installation bolts. The ones that came with it did not attach the handrail in a sturdy manner. We got longer ones from the local hardware store & they worked great.

The railing looks great. The installation instructions were barely readable and were in general, pictures.

I bought this rail for my mother after she had two surgeries on her back, she needed some extra support getting up and down the stairs. When the rail arrived it was very easy to install. And I must say that every since I installed the hand rail my mother has been as happy as she could be. She even told my and i quote" Kenyota I love you for buying me this rail" and ofcourse i love her too that's why i would buy her another one if she needed it. Thank you happy buy Kenyota Straughter!!!

Nice railing and easy to install. Instructions could be better. There are washers on the concrete screws that I missed for using on the wood screws. The railing is secure enough without them but doesn’t hurt to use them. Overall good product for wood steps.
