This was purchased for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He was ecstatic! That night he took it for a run and the results were great. The assembly was easy, and he found that he drew a crowd when running it. If you are on the fence about it, jump off and go ahead and purchase. He stated this was the best gift ever!

Tried using to distill water, I feel the coils are to small for the the size of this. Went through a lot of ice. Going to use this to brew beer as it is electric with good temp control and I think I can ferment in the same pot. Cheaper than one dedicated for beer.

Takes 2 hours to heat up and the heating element isn’t strong enough nor is it a continuous element. I have tried to email this company with no help. I want to know if they had a continuous replacement element to change the cycle element that is in it. Still to day not no answer. Way over rated. It should heat up quicker than 2 hours a this is with a cleaning run which only had a gallon on water in the pot. Very poor design and element for the price. Very disappointed in this product

Used once leaked out the bottom. Contacted customer support told to show leak. Sent photo of water underneath and a video of the burner heating took 3 hours on max temp to heat up. Was told that’s is how it’s suppose to. The 13 gal heats 7 gallons in about 45 mins for reference here. Custimer service refused to refund or send a new unit. This Was my last purchase from be or have wasted time and money on quite a few stills I have purchased I will not order from vevor since they don’t actually warranty there products have also been threw 4 power interests that I actually just order 2 at a time now so one blows I can still use a new one while waiting to refund and reorder them

Fun little setup. My only complaint is that the stainless steel is extremely thin and of poor quality and after only 3 uses the pot developed pin holes in the bottom, causing leakage. I initially chalked it up to no big deal, I'll just order a new pot (I was out of my 30 day return cycle) but they don't offer a replacement pot. Again, no biggie. I'll just roll out my tig welder and work my magic....... 4 1/2 hours later after chasing pin holes and stress cracks I finally sealed the pot back shut but at this point I'm extremely skeptical of using it again. Unfortunately I had to buy an entire new kit just to get the exact fit pot for the setup.....🤷

There's no greater satisfaction than crafting your own beer, wine, or Spirits and having one of your friends say "damn you made this this is really good." I am 100% happy with the purchase the price was great again I got another great deal from Vevor! I highly recommend their brewcraft and distilling products. Great heavy duty sturdy products.

Worked really awesome I upgraded it added a few things overall the product is awesome I'm going to buy more products from vevor.

Good quality. Wish they had something larger. I need a bigger unit . We have a few banana trees. Probably over a 100lb of bananas. Will take a while to distill it. But it works good.

There were several conflicting reviews, bit the only issue I noticed was that the overflow line for the coil cooling pot was undersized, and would regularly overflow the minute you took your eyes off of it no matter how much I adjusted the inflow. To help with this I added a valve on the inflow, and bored a wider hole on the outflow which helps, but even with the slightly larger bore hole it occasionally it will not want to drain and overflows. I would recommend boring at least a 3/4\"-1\" outside diameter hole for the overflow which will make the outflow hole between a1/2\"-3/4\" inside the fitting, and less likely to not want to drain. I'm still not sure why this happens with set inflow, but it does occasionally. Stills need to be monitored throughout so this shouldn't be an issue if you are being properly attentive.

I just completed the vinagar clean out run to remove any oils and other things from the manufacturing process. So far this is the absolutely easiest easiest beginner's still! I cannot wait to do an actual distilling run..... looking forward to how easy this still makes it.
