I use this tumbler to finish chain maille. I really like the different settings which allow me to adjust to different metals. Although the machine had a problem, Customer Service was almost immediate. I recommend this machine .

It has a limited amount of time that it stays on, one hour before the time ends and the time has to be set again. It rotates in two directions, pausing every few minutes to reverse back and forth. Or it can be set in a single direction. The two direction mode is recommended, but after a few months it stopped reversing, so I had to keep it continuously on the single direction mode.

For the price of this machine, its great. Every once in a while I have to tap the tumbler to get it going. Not a big deal.

Does what I need it to do. I'd have given it 5 stars if it had come with written instructions. If I had not already been using something like this for awhile, I would have had to go to YouTube or something to figure it out. Be careful with the plastic edges, they are sharp!

Product arrived from the seller quickly. This is a decent product it is made quite well. The bowl itself is just was not quite as big as I hoped for it to be. I did find some smaller items to tumble to see how it works and those items came out polished good.

Best 70 bucks I've ever spent!!!! Cleans my jewerly perfectly! I'm so happy with it! I've used it about 4 times now and have had no issues.

I purchased this Awesome little tumbler about a year ago,& I Love it!! The lid did crack down the middle. I contacted BestEquip,& sent them pictures. They got back to Me immediately, & assured me they would send a replacement!! Fantastic tumbler, & Even better customer service!! Thank You BestEquip,looking forward to using this again very soon!!

Tumbler itself is nice, its not very loud and seals up without leaks. I like being able to see into it and since its not made of that black rubber stuff many of them are it works for polymer clay items. Only downside is I think the belts they sent with it were old and brittle, they all had a very hard texture and snapped quickly. I would suggest buying your own belts before using this tumbler, but if you do that it should be great.

I have a very expensive name brand tumbler as well as a vibratory tumbler that I use for various pieces of jewelry I make. I saw this tumbler in use at a gem show and loved how it worked.With my $150 tumbler, getting it to not leak is a chore and just getting the lid on and off is a PITA. It also takes about an hour to properly tumble and burnish a silver bracelet.Due to the speed and the reversibility of this tumbler, it takes about 10 minutes to get the same level of polish, which saves me time and electricity. The lid is very secure and I haven't had a problem with it leaking at all.As for durability, time will tell. It came with an extra drive belt and an additional o-ring for the lid, so if one of those should break it should be fine.Overall, I'm very impressed with this tumbler and hope to have many years of good use from it.
